We were proud to support Mauriora Tawaroa Takiari as a Tupu Toa intern in 2018. This 6-month opportunity helped her shadow staff within the Te Reo Maori advisory service of The Ministry of Education.

This opportunity through the support of Kimiora Trust helped her gain strong corporate and public service skills as a Tupu Toa intern. As a result of this, she graduated from this program and gained full-time employment as one of the ministries youngest Reo Maori advisors.

We endorse the Tupu Toa program and its support for Maori and Pasifika young leaders who are rising stars in our community.
